Frequently Asked Questions
Q. I’m Having Problems With My Wireless Connection. What to do?
A. - Try changing the channel on your wireless router and/or access point.
    - Do not put the router or access point in an enclosure. Things like brick, metal, steel, lead, mirrors, water, glass and large appliances will degrade the wireless signal significantly.
    - Try moving the router closer. Even small changes (2 to 4 feet) can make a great difference.
    - Bluetooth devices as well as 2.4GHz phones can interfere with your wireless network. Try changing location of phone, access point, or wireless router.
Q. Why is my computer not detecting the card I just installed?
A. - Try installing the card in multiple slots in the computer.
    - Install the card in another computer. If the card works then there might be compatibility issues between the card and your motherboard.
Q. Why does my Wireless Network Monitor reports the Adapter as Inactive
A. - Check if the device is plugged-in properly.
1. Check if the LED light on the adapter is lit (maker sure computer is turned on). If the LED is not lit, unplug the adapter (make sure you turn your computer off before removing any hardware) re-plug the adapter or try another slot.
    - Check if the Drivers are properly installed.

2. Select Properties
3. Select the Hardware tab
4. Click Properties
5. Open up Network Adapters

b. If there is a red X on top it, it means the device has been disabled. To     enable to right click the AZiO Adapter and select Enable (Done)
c. If the Network Adapter icon has a “!” mark on it, it means the drivers were     not installed properly. (proceed to step 7)
7. To uninstall the previous driver, click Start, All Programs or Programs, and look for the model number of the AZiO Wireless Adapter. 8. Look for Wireless Network Monitor and select Uninstall.
