| A. Pairing is syncing Bluetooth devices to remain permanently linked. |

| Q. What is a Pass Key and what is it for? |
| A. A Pass Key is a numeric code that you create to authenticate a pairing request between two devices. If the Pass Key does not match the code entered (or built-in) on the remote device, the connection will not be allowed. Once the remote device has been authenticated the notification for a Pass Key will not appear again, unless the paired relationship is broken and the devise must re-sync. |

| A. The Pass Key length can range from 4 to 16 numeric characters. |
